4-Step Roast Beef

It is sometimes important to be able to impress someone or a group of people through your cooking. Maybe when you host a dinner party for your friends or when you cook for your future wife and in-laws. This one, right here, the mad Roast Beef, is not only impressive – by look and taste – but also very easy on the process. It’s almost impossible to mess this up. For the process you will need a baking tray and a pan, or a very good stainless steel pan you can put into an oven. without any rubber or plastic components.


  • 500g beef
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • Thyme
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil


  1. Season the beef with thyme, salt, and pepper (make sure to cover all areas).
  2. Sear it on a hot pan with olive oil and garlic (just a quick sear! and you can add butter too if you want).
  3. Bake it in the preheated oven. 100c, 45-60 min for a medium (depends on the thickness of your beef).
  4. Remember to rest it! at least 5-8 min.

This could go very well alongside mashed potatoes or any potato-based side dish. Have fun trying it and impress some people!
